The Teaching and Learning Tools Guide is a self guided resource to provide an overview of the diverse digital tools available for teaching and learning at Deakin University. Aligned to Diana Laurillard’s activity types (2002), it empowers teaching teams to explore the varied uses of these tools, enhancing their ability to integrate technology effectively into their educational practices.

Our Learning Management System, known as CloudDeakin and supported by Brightspace by D2L, provides high-quality educational experiences. It offers a comprehensive suite of tools, features and integrations that support both teaching and learning. With inbuilt capability to ensure accessibility, collaboration and continuous improvement in our digital learning environment, we offer a range or experiences.

At Deakin University, immersive environments are informing the way we approach the learning process.
